A Real Estate Agent Program as Easy as ABC

Rendition Homes' Additional Bonus Compensation (ABC) Real Estate Agent program makes earning more money for each sale easy.

HOW IT WORKS:

• 3% on first closing from a calendar year sale
• 3% + $1,000 on second closing
• 3% + $1,500 on third closing
• 3% + $2,000 on fourth closing (and all closings after that from sales in the same calendar year)

To take advantage of this program, Real Estate Agents must have an active Texas Real Estate License. Initial registration of buyer is valid for 60 days. Participating agent must be the procuring cause for the transaction. Initial agent is the only agent who will be paid on the transaction. Buyer registrations or transactions may not be combined under a team or single person's name. Agent can elect to combine transactions into a team or individual, but will no longer be eligible for ABC bonus or any other bonus compensation on the combined transactions. All transactions are not valid until accepted by Rendition Homes support center reserves the right to change or discontinue the program at any time.
