Partners Lanny Caldwell, David Schmidt and Corey Schmidt are committed to offering customers the broadest variety of designs and the most comprehensive amenities – all at an unsurpassed level of value.

The secret to ExperienceOne Homes’ success is a long history of superior construction and architectural diversity. The team has put this spirited expertise to work building more than 200 homes in Kitts Creek and more than 80 homes in the Villages of Apex. ExperienceOne Homes is presently focused on building in Apex’s Sweetwater, Wake Forest’s Bowling Green and Raleigh’s Wakefield Plantation. The partners expect to continue expanding the company and will be building in other developments in Wake Forest and Raleigh in the near future.

Over the years, ExperienceOne Homes has been recognized for building homes in premier neighborhoods throughout the Triangle, including hundreds of homes in Preston, Park Village, Wakefield Plantation and Chancellor’s Ridge.

Lanny Caldwell and David Schmidt have built more than 3,000 homes together, earning the title “Builder of the Year” four times. They’ve also won more design and marketing awards than any other local builder. In 2008, the Triangle Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards honored ExperienceOne Homes with a total of 13 awards for their work at Kitts Creek in Morrisville, NC, including recognition for “Best Product Design” and “Community of the Year.” In 2014, ExperienceOne Homes welcomed Corey Schmidt as a new partner.
